    Each golf course has its own rules and restrictions.

    • Card entitles holder to 18-holes of green fees at each participating course (unless noted) 
      • The Links Golf is offering a free hour of simulator time. 
    • Cart rental and tee times are required for all courses. See rules and restrictions.
      • The Links Golf requires the purchase of an hour of simulator time. 
    • Not valid  Sat., or Sun. before 3 pm
    • Card cannot be used for holidays, league or tournaments.

    Terms of Service - Merchant Services

    General Terms - The following terms and conditions apply to all goods purchased (referred to below as "Vouchers") unless otherwise required by federal, state or local law:

    No refunds, or exchanges.  All sales are final. No cash value.  Level Digital Media LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged vouchers nor partner closers or ability to redeem. 

    Goods Vouchers: The following additional terms and conditions apply to Vouchers redeemed for goods/products unless otherwise required by federal, state or local law:

    • Voucher may not be combined with any other coupons, certificates, vouchers, or promotions, unless otherwise specified or permitted by the Advertiser
    • Voucher may not be used for taxes, shipping fees and handling charges, unless otherwise specified or permitted by Advertiser
    • Vouchers are redeemable for the good/services/tickets specified in the Voucher only from the Advertiser
      • Vouchers are not redeemable from Level Digital Media LLC or any third party other than the Advertiser. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to an account. Advertiser is solely responsible for all customer services associated with redemption of the Voucher and all complaints should be directed to the Advertiser
    • Unless otherwise set forth in the Voucher, the Voucher may only be used once
    • The Voucher must also be used prior to the Voucher’s expiration date You will not be entitled to receive cash for any unused portion of the face value of the Voucher 
    • The Advertiser is responsible for any and all claims related to or arising out of the use of the Voucher including, without limitation, claims for injury, illness, damages, negligence, costs and attorneys’ fees
    • Level Digital Media LLC and its affiliates and assigns are not responsible for any loss, claims or damages relating to goods and services purchased through Level Digital Marketing, including, without limitation, the inability to redeem the Voucher, due to Vendor’s failure to perform
    • By purchasing, participant acknowledges and agrees to Privacy Policy
